Larry S. Cash
CEO, Rim Architects, LLC
Larry Cash founded RIM Architects in 1986, and as CEO of the firm, his practicing philosophy continues to be at the heart of RIM’s work. Larry is involved in the practice of architecture — both in terms of overall design direction, and the day-to-day business of running a professional services firm. He is also involved in a myriad of special endeavors that provide him with unique insights into the relationships between the federal, state and local governments and the private sector.
Over the years, Larry has been involved in a wide variety of community and civic organizations that benefit Alaska. He is an Honorary Board Member of Alaska Native Heritage Center as well as a member of United Way Tocqueville Society. He is an Anchorage Economic Development Corporation Ex Officio Member. Currently serves on the Girdwood Inc Board, Northrim Bank Board, and Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation Board of Trustee. He is a Trustee Emeritus at Alaska Pacific University.
In 2016, Larry was inducted into the American Institute of Architects (AIA) College of Fellows, recognizing his extensive contribution to architecture and society. FAIA is one of the highest honors the AIA bestows on members.
