Wildlife and Community Relations Supervisor, Point Thompson Project, ExxonMobil
Eric Febbo is the Wildlife and Community Relations Supervisor for the ExxonMobil Point Thomson Project. He has a B.S. in marine biology and chemistry and an M.S. in environmental science and has been with ExxonMobil since 1991. To date he has managed over 400 laboratory and field studies on a wide variety of saltwater, freshwater and terrestrial species. Eric has also consulted on various projects, including oil spill dispersants, biodegradation and environmental toxicology for various ExxonMobil affiliates as well as managing an environmental toxicology laboratory in the U.S. Most recently he was the Technical Interface Coordinator for ExxonMobil Research Qatar (EMRQ), managing external technical relationships for the environmental, safety, geology and water reuse programs. His role prior to that was as the Environmental Research Lead in Qatar, running an environmental laboratory and managing field projects in Qatar.
